Full Day Workshop - Common Sense Approach to Investing
End of school should not be end of your education:-
Most people spend 3 years in pre-school, 12 years in school, 4 years in pursuing graduation in college, 2 years in post-graduation, just to learn how to make money. They spend about 21 years in getting the education just to learn how to make money. And then people change jobs, change cities, stay away from their old aged parents and leave their country as well to make more money. But they don't give a thought to spend a day or two in managing their hard earned money properly.
Unfortunately making more money will not make you wealthy. Then what will? It's financial intelligence. Unfortunately financial intelligence is not taught in our traditional education system.
Come & join our session on Common Sense Approach to Investing & manage your money better than before.
By the end of the workshop you would come to know:
1. What is wealth? Why being wealthy is different (and better) than being rich?
2. Who are the wealthiest people in the world & how you can become one?
3. Mutual funds as a wealth creation tool.
4. What is cash flow investing & why it is different (and better) than capital gains investing (buying something at a low price, selling it a higher price & pocketing the difference).
5. The biggest regret of a retired person & how to make retirement years the golden one?
6. What is cash flow or budget statement & how you can give shape to your financial life?
7. What is net worth statement & how it can provide you a real sense of financial security?
8. Nature of available investment options & why your financial health depends on your investment strategy?
9. Risk vs probability
10. Why not convert rent to EMI?
11. Whether to pre-pay housing loan or not?
12. The silly mistakes people commit & how to avoid them?
and much more......
