Documents required for opening E-Wealth Account (Trading & Demat Account)

  1. Pan Card (Soft Copy)
  2. Address Proof (Soft Copy)
  3. Aadhaar Card (Soft Copy)
  4. Cancelled Cheque with Printed Name (Soft Copy) of bank from which investment will be done. If cheque is not available then passbook with latest entries is required for PSU banks. If cheque is not available then latest one month account statement in PDF is required for private banks.

Please make sure that the spelling of name is same on all the documents as mentioned above.

  1. Pan Card (Soft Copy)
  2. Address Proof (Soft Copy)
  3. Aadhaar Card (Soft Copy)
  4. Passport (Soft Copy)
  5. For Salaried - Latest 3 months Pay Slip And/or Latest 3 years Form-16 And/or Latest 3 years ITR
  6. For Businessmen - Latest 3 years ITR with Computation of Income & Balance Sheet
  7. One Passport Sized Photo
  8. One Original Cheque for Insurance Premium Payment

Documents required for applying Personal Accident & Disability Insurance

  1. Pan Card (Soft Copy)
  2. Address Proof (Soft Copy)
  3. For Salaried - Latest 3 months Pay Slip
  4. For Salaried - Latest 3 years Form-16 or Latest 3 years ITR
  5. For Businessmen - Latest 3 years ITR with Computation of Income & Balance Sheet
  6. One Original Cheque for Insurance Premium Payment
  7. Existing Personal Accident Policy (Soft Copy)
